Having developed the courseware for CISM, CISSP, CISA, ISSMP and SCA, Ken Magee is a senior security instructor with InfoSec Institute. He holds over a dozen security and auditing certifications and teaches just as many skills and certification prep courses. Ken’s speciality is Information Systems Security with a focus on best practices including CobiT 5.0, COSO, ISO27000 series, NIST SP 800 series, the National Cybersecurity Framework and IT Risk Management. With over 40 years of IT experience in both the public and private sectors, he is also president of his own Data Security Consultation and Training company and held adjunct faculty positions at several New York state colleges. When not working, Ken devotes time to his family, animal rescue, studying French, playing the banjo and and becoming a sommelier.
